RETURNS & EXCHANGES

OUR POLICY

Any item marked down 50% or more is considered Final Sale and is not eligible for return or exchange.

All eligible items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags attached.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of purchase for exchange or store credit only.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

To make a domestic return, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order to generate a prepaid UPS return label.

For international returns, please email gross@lupplyhub.shop. Approval is required before shipping back any items.

SHOES & BEAUTY

Shoes will only be accepted if returned in their original, undamaged designer shoebox. We recommend trying shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid scuffing the soles.

Beauty items, swimwear, and intimates are Final Sale for hygienic reasons.

REFUNDS

Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed once it arrives at our warehouse. Refunds (less return shipping costs) will be issued to your original form of payment.
